Lone time in coming, but need to post an update. Sorry I've been very scarce, but acquiring two malware/viruses from dA links doesn't leave a good taste in the mouth. This is a summary of the 'important' things that have happened since April.
Graduated from NDSU with my degree in English, but going to try to finish up a minor this coming semester.
I was partially searching for a job in Fargo over the summer (Read: hanging out with friends), but after failing to find one, I headed back to WIlliston, at which point I picked up my old summer job, and I've been working there full-time since September, earning money and paying off student loans and bills as they trickle in.
Somehow managed to loan out my Sony Cybershot whilst I was still in Fargo, and I have since forgotten who I've loaned it out to. I'm frustrated with myself over this, both over the expense of the camera (It was a christmas present), and over the photographs that I lost because of it. Using money I've gained from Christmas, I have purchased another camera, a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7K. I've yet to seriously read through the manual or take pictures with it, so we'll see what it's like the next time I get a chance, but I'm really excited to be able to play around with it (And to have a digital camera again).
New years... Hmm... My biggest goal is to continue to develop emotionally, and possibly spiritually, to grow to become a better person and avoid some of the troubles I've put myself through. It works better on some fronts over others, unfortunately.
So far, I'm single, and enjoying it, though there are those times that I'd love to hang out with someone and have a deep sort of connection with someone, like laying in a snowbank and watching the snow gently fall. =3
Either way, expect a slow trickle of photographs once again in the coming weeks, especially if I can make it out to the Ritter Homestead.
